How long does it take to process and ship my oder?

Order are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. During holidays and sales event, also depends on the sizes of painting, the Pre-order items may take longer to ship. More Pre-order information please refer to the next question(Pre-order policy).

Pre-order Policy

All my painting is Pre-order item. Pre-order item(s) are purchased BEFORE PRODUCTION, making them a commiteed order. Please take note of each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing.

The estimated production time on pre-order item(s) is 4-5 business days from the date of placing the order, subject to change without notice.Pre-order item can have production delays depending on the number of orders and the sizes of painting. By placing your pre-order, you agree to these term and conditions as outlined herein. Please be aware that NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS can be accommodated once your pre-order has been placed.

Can i return or exchange an item?

Goods sold are not refundable. Exchange and return must be made within 7 days with sales receipt and product in original packaging.
All exchange of merchandise will be subject to final descision of WOO MOH. 
Customer are responsible for all export and import requirements when transporting merchandise across international borders, including payment of applicable duites and taxes.

What should I do if i receive a damaged or incorrect item?

I apologize for any inconvenience. Please email or directly message me on instagram within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide your receipt number along with photos of the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, payment is accepted only via TNG(Touch'n Go) Ewallet, DuitNow QR code, or direct bank transfer to my personal account. Bank details will be shared after you place an order.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, E-invoices are available and will be send to you via email once you place an order.
